Moon 'Jaws' Cognac Brown Grain Leather Goodyear Welted Chukka Boot

The JAWS is a men’s leather chukka boot from the Jeffery-West Italian mainline, handmade in the Marche region of Italy on our Moon last.

Crafted from rich Falcon Cognac grain leather, the upper has a naturally textured surface with warm tonal variation and plenty of character. The clean chukka silhouette is sharpened by our signature shark-tooth eyelets in antique bronze, giving the three-eyelet lacing a distinctive Jeffery-West edge.

A subtle chevron toe punch adds detail across the forepart without overpowering the shape, while brogue-inspired accents around the quarters and heel bring further definition to the leather.

The JAWS is built using Goodyear welted construction, a traditional method in which the upper and insole are secured to a leather welt before the outsole is stitched to it. This gives the boot a robust, structured build and also allows the sole to be replaced by a skilled repairer when required.

Finished with a leather sole and signature red leather lining, the JAWS is a versatile brown chukka boot that works as naturally with denim as it does with smarter trousers and tailoring.

HOW TO WEAR IT
Pair the JAWS with dark indigo or faded blue denim, charcoal trousers, olive chinos or relaxed tailoring. The Falcon Cognac leather works particularly well with navy, cream, grey, olive and tobacco tones. For a sharper look, wear with turned-up trousers, a knitted polo or an unstructured jacket; for something more relaxed, let the grain leather do the work with jeans and a simple shirt or knit.

The Moon last is a tried-and-tested shape and fits true to size. We recommend taking your normal shoe size.
