Booking & Attendance

Inner Sanctum appointments are held at our Northampton showroom and are available by advance booking only.

A booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

This fee is fully redeemable against any order placed on the day.

Appointments are primarily arranged on a one-to-one basis, offering a private and personalised experience.

Additional guests are welcome to accompany you. However, anyone wishing to try on footwear or receive their own individual consultation must be included in the booking in advance.

Small group appointments may be arranged by prior agreement, subject to availability. A separate booking fee is required for each participating customer, redeemable only against their own order placed on the day.

As time is reserved exclusively for you, booking fees are otherwise non-refundable.
