Once checkout is complete - Please post the goods to the Northampton shop, including your Full Name and Internet Order number.
An assessment of your shoes will be completed at the Northampton head office, prior to them being dispatched to the factory of origin.
Please ensure that shoes/boots returned for the refurbishment service are clean and void of dirt/ debris.

The refurbishment service is executed by the same craftsmen that originally created your shoes and involves almost as many processes as the original construction. It is not quick, and it is not cheap. We can advise but it is your decision to select the most appropriate repair service for your needs.
Many customers report using - www.pickupmyrepair.co.uk - successfully, and this might be considered as an alternative repair option, but again please note that Jeffery-West would then be unable to accept any future repair requests on that item.
